Loews Miami Beach Hotel and St Moritz Hotel is the largest Resort with 784 guestrooms located on 16th and Collins St, just a few blocks from Ocean Drive. The renovation is a fast track project consisting of new paint, new carpet, new drywall and bathrooms complete with new showers, granite counter tops, new furniture, FF&E moving and storage, new window coverings, bathroom fixtures and plasma TV’s. Schedule consisted of taking down and renovating approximately 684 rooms at the 18 story Miami Beach Tower and 100 rooms at the 10 story St. Moritz Hotel.
