The project scope of the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne, Florida renovation included all 489 guestrooms, condo suites and corridors. The fast track project consisted of interior paint new FF&E, wall coverings, new furniture, kitchen cabinets and granite, FF&E moving and storage, new bedroom and corridor carpets and window coverings.
