Sarasota Ritz Carlton consists of 266 guestrooms located in the heart of Historic Sarasota, Florida. The soft renovation was a fast track project consisting of new paint, new carpet, new foyer wood flooring, new finish trim and removal and installation of FF&E. Schedule consisted of taking down and renovating approximately 34 rooms at a time over a 5 1/2 week time period keeping the Hotel in service during the entire duration of the project.
