The Royal Palm South Beach Miami is located just steps away from the beach on Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. This project had a fast track schedule and consisted of renovating all public space areas including exterior landscaping and pavers, two swimming pools, a beachfront restaurant, a poolside bar, a lobby lounge and a full-service restaurant with over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
