The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Florida features 747 deluxe guestrooms. The renovation is a fast track project consisting of new Drywall, texture, paint, carpet, polished counter tops, reupholstered furniture, FF&E moving and storage, new window coverings, bathroom fixtures, mirror trim, tile, and TV’s. Schedule consists of taking down and renovating approximately 65 rooms every three weeks, keeping the remaining use of the hotel open and completely functional.
